Je ne suis pas bio-statisticien, mais on me demande souvent de fournir des statistiques de base comme la déviation standard, la moyenne et le coefficient de corrélation intraclasse.  Gnuplot is a command line tool that can generate tables and graphs. Gnuplot does not qualify for a totally free and open software. It is free to use, but in the same vein it is similar to Vanderbilt’s REDCap. It is a closed software tool, but any researcher can use it.
 When I first used Linux Mint, I attempted to use a front end graphical program of Gnuplot. Yet it was not very reliable nor stable.  I recently became owner to a book titled Gnuplot in Action: Understanding Data with Graphs. I am hoping that my line of research in motion capture and pressure can be turned into graphs instead of tables. I review low back pain in the lumbar region and other pelvic landmarks such as the sacrum and pubic tubercles.

J'analyse des dorsalgies basses dans la région lombaire et d'autres repères pelviens comme les tubérosités du sacrum et du pubis.
+Les données de mouvement sont générées sous la forme d'un fichier CSV et la pression donne un fichier TAB (où les valeurs sont séparées par une tabulation). Je fusionne souvent les deux fichiers en un seul fichier « méga-fichier » avec lequel je fais générer une base de données. J'essaierai d'utiliser le livre pour voir s'il peut s'appliquer au domaine de mes recherches.
