 New year, new issue. Within these fine pages we have more Python, more Podcast production, more Inkscape, and a piece on Ventoy for both Linux and that other OS of whom we shall not speak. "Ventoy? What's Ventoy?" I hear you ask. It's a little known piece of software that you install on a USB stick. Once it's installed you then simply copy distro ISO files onto the USB stick. And, like magic, it'll boot to a menu with your ISO files ready to run. It's bordering on witchcraft.
-Elsewhere, we have Erik starting another short C&C series. This time on using LMMS. Richard continues with his quest for the holy grail of cookery software. Then, Adam brings us a look at Ubuntu Unity 20.10.

-New year, new you. Please consider submitting an article. The reserves are running low and Erik is, in all honesty, keeping the magazine afloat with articles (C&C, Q&A, game reviews, How-To's etc.). Without him and the host of regulars this magazine would have sunk years ago. Please send an article on whatever subject you love the most. It can be a review of software, hardware, even a book. Your story of how you got into Linux. Anything. All it takes is a couple of regular writers to leave and the magazine will shrink or sink.

+Une nouvelle année, un nouveau numéro. Dans ces bonnes pages, il y a encore Python, encore la production des podcasts, Inkscape et un article sur Ventoy pour, à la fois, Linux et cet autre OS dont on ne prononce jamais le nom. « Ventoy ? Qu'est-ce que c'est que Ventoy ? », je vous entends demander. C'est un logiciel assez peu connu que vous installez sur une clé USB. Une fois installé, il suffit d'y copier les fichiers ISO de diverses distrib. Et, comme par magie, il démarrera sur un menu avec les fichiers ISO prêts à être exécutés. C'est presque de la sorcellerie.
+Ailleurs, Erik démarre une autre courte série dans la rubrique C&C. Cette fois-ci, il s'agit de l'utilisation de LMMS. Richard continue sa quête du Saint Graal des logiciels de recettes. Puis, Adam nous donne un aperçu d'Ubuntu Unity 20.10.

+Une nouvelle année, un nouveau « vous ». Je vous en prie : envisagez la soumission d'un article. Les réserves diminuent et, en toute honnêteté, c'est Erik qui les maintient à flot avec ses articles (C&C, Q. ET R., critiques de jeux, tutoriels, etc.). Sans lui et les écrivains réguliers, cette revue aurait coulé il y a des années. S'il vous plaît, envoyez-moi un article sur le sujet qui vous plaît le plus. Ça peut être la critique d'un logiciel, d'un matériel, même d'un livre. L'histoire de votre voyage avec Linux. N'importe quoi. Tous ce qu'il faudra, c'est le départ d'un ou deux de nos auteurs réguliers et la revue rétrécira ou coulera.
+Aussi, après pas mal de pessimisme pour commencer l'année : envoyez des articles !
