 Now if you really did follow along, this issue’s Zyn tutorial will not be strange. I want you to put what we have covered into practical use. Fire up LMMS and remove all the tracks from the song editor. Drag in Zyn from your instrument plug-in’s. Double click it, to bring up the general settings. Click Show GUI. Edit Instrument and we will be fudging with the Pad Synth this time.

You can also chain your effects here, a very popular option is to use the EQ to tweak your reverb’d sound. Again, you can’t see it until you press the drop down, but the first one is Cathedral 1, there is a Cathedral 2 and 3 also, but I want you to play with those to get the awesome sound you want.

Retour à l'onglet « Harmonic structure ». Au niveau de l'enveloppe du filtre, je vais booster la valeur d'attaque, et augmenter le filtre passe-bas sur la fréquence C et le Q. Du côté du LFO Amplitude, je vais également ajuster la profondeur. Maintenant, vous pouvez vous retrouver avec un son que vous n'aimez pas, mais voici le secret : appliquez un peu de réverbération à ce son. Pour ce faire, vous pouvez revenir à la fenêtre « Edit Instrument » et cliquer sur Effets. Ici, sur le mien, vous pouvez voir que les mots sont à moitié cachés ; ce peut être aussi le cas sur le vôtre.

+Le mien sonne bien, il y a juste un peu trop d'écho, mais c'est quelque chose que nous pouvons régler facilement. Qu'en est-il du vôtre ? Avez-vous trouvé quelque chose que vous aimez ? C'est ici que je vous laisse, <rire diabolique> car c'est ici que le terrier du lapin commence ; je ne peux pas vous dire à quelle profondeur il descend, Neo, mais bonne chance pour ne pas vous y enfoncer pendant trop de temps. <encore des rires diaboliques>.
