Welcome to another issue of Full Circle! We have the usual Python, Freeplane and Inkscape for you this month, but returning for a fourth part we have Darktable. As you can see from the cover, we have a review of Lubuntu 19.04. This is quite a step up for Lubuntu as rather than using the old LXDE (desktop) it's now using the new LXQt desktop. While LXQt first showed up in Lubuntu 18.10 (but apparently in the pipeline since 14.10!), this new version of Lubuntu seems to have ironed out some of the roughness that LXQt showed on it's first outing. Anyway, enough from me. Read the review and see for yourself if it's time to give it another try.

Comme vous pouvez le voir sur la couverture, il y a une critique de Lubuntu 19.04. Il s’agit d’une vraie montée en puissance pour Lubuntu, car, plutôt que d'utiliser le vieux LXDE (bureau), il se sert maintenant du nouveau bureau LXQt. Bien que LXQt soit apparu pour la première fois dans Lubuntu 18.10 (mais il était apparemment en cours dès la 14.10 !), cette nouvelle version de Lubuntu semble avoir éliminé une partie des aspérités que LXQt montrait lors de sa première sortie. Quoi qu’il en soit, j’en ai assez dit. Lisez la critique et voyez vous-même si le moment est venu pour l’essayer à nouveau.

Erik nous a fourni un article intéressant dans la rubrique Mon histoire au sujet de ce qu’il fait après une installation de l’Ubuntu de base. Que faites-vous après une nouvelle installation ? Logiciels ? Ajustements ? Dites-le-nous. Ce serait intéressant de voir ce que nous tous nous faisons après le premier démarrage.
