WELCOME TO ANOTHER ISSUE OF FULL CIRCLE The usual suspects are here with FreePascal, Inkscape and Python. The third HowTo is one on using Inxi to stop your CPU from overheating. Obviously, it should go without saying, if your CPU is always overheating then your machine has a serious problem that should be looked at. But if overheating happens every once in a while you can sometimes catch it and monitor it with something like Inxi. Then use come careful terminal commands to end processes that are thought to cause overheating. Charles has a new column this month: KODI Room. As you may (or may not) know, Charles authored a book on KODI (back when it was still called XBMC) so he definitely loves KODI. Each month he'll present some hints, tips, and whatnot to help you cut the cord and use a KODI box for either viewing your existing library, or getting some (legitimate!) free TV and moveis. I'm not sure if there'll be a new interview every month, but certainly this month we have an interview with Ryan Sipes from System76. You might remember Ryan from the Mycroft AI project. You emailed me your questions, and I compiled them into a list. So, let's do it again! Wire (the audio/video/text messenger) was recently released on Linux. Do you have a question for the developers? Again, email it to me, and I'll pass them along. Hopefully, we'll have that interview next month. If you're in the market for a self-hosted cloud solution then you might want to take a look at the Nextcloud box that I've mentioned in my Ubuntu Devices column. I've no device to review, unfortunately, but it uses a Raspberry Pi 2 (running Ubuntu) and a hard drive. A neat idea to become your own Dropbox/Owncloud. All the best, and keep in touch!

Et voici nos récidivistes, FreePascal, Inkscape et Python. Le troisième tutoriel parle de comment utiliser Inxi pour empêcher la surchauffe de votre CPU. Évidemment, il va sans dire que si votre processeur surchauffe tout le temps, c'est que votre machine a un problème sérieux et vous devriez vraiment essayer de découvrir lequel. Mais si la surchauffe ne survient que de temps en temps, vous pouvez parfois la détecter et la réguler avec un truc comme Inxi. Mais faites attention quand vous utilisez des commandes dans un terminal pour tuer les processus qui, selon vous, sont la cause de la surchauffe.
Charles a une nouvelle rubrique ce mois-ci : Trucs et Astuces KODI. Comme vous le savez (ou pas), Charles a écrit un livre sur KODI (du temps où on l'appelait encore XBMC), il est donc définitivement mordu. Il va présenter chaque mois quelques trucs et astuces, etc., pour vous aider à vous affranchir et à utiliser KODI pour parcourir votre bibliothèque, ou récupérer quelques films et émissions de TV gratuits (légalement!).
Je ne suis pas sûr qu'il y aura une nouvelle interview chaque mois, mais cette fois-ci nous avons rencontré Ryan Sipes de System76. Vous vous souvenez probablement de Ryan dans le cadre du projet d'IA Mycroft. Vous m'avez envoyé vos questions par e-mail et j'en ai fait une liste. Recommençons !
