Now find ‘Gummi’ and install it. (don’t worry, it removes cleanly) Gummi is another LaTeX editor, a ‘simpler’ version of TeXstudio if you wish. Rien que pour rompre la monotonie, je vous invite à ouvrir votre centre de logiciels d'Ubuntu et à cliquer sur Explorer. Maintenant, trouvez « Gummi » et installez-le. (Ne vous inquiétez pas, il s'enlève proprement) Gummi est un autre éditeur LaTeX, une version « simplifiée » de TeXstudio, pour ainsi dire. In case the one I grab is gone or replaced, grab any one, it does not matter, you can learn from them all, I bet you! I just grabbed the second one, as it was the shortest and simplest. You will notice that there is a .tex file and a .cls file. The latter contains all the formatting information.

Mais ce n'est pas tout… comme on le dit dans les publicités pour de la camelote. Et si on faisait quelque chose d'utile, comme un CV ? Ok, c'est beaucoup trop ambitieux pour un dimanche matin à 6 h. Prenons un CV de base et disséquons-le. (en commençant par l'autre bout) Allez sur : http://www.latextemplates.com/ et récupérez un modèle de CV. Si celui que j'ai choisi n'existe plus ou a été remplacé, prenez n'importe lequel, peu importe, tous vous apprendront quelque chose, je vous le parie ! J'ai pris le deuxième modèle, car il était le plus court et le plus simple. Vous remarquerez qu'il y a un fichier .tex et un fichier .cls. Ce dernier contient toutes les informations de formatage.
Something we have not discussed is the use of comments. The percent symbol will start a comment line. By this, I mean that everything after the ‘%’ will be treated as a comment. L'utilisation des commentaires est un aspect que nous n'avons pas abordé. Le symbole « pour cent » fait démarrer une ligne de commentaire. Je veux dire par là que tout ce qui suit le « % » sera traité comme un commentaire. Je sais que vous allez comprendre cela du premier coup :

Cela n'est que pour nous, les utilisateurs, et sera ignoré par le compilateur. Donc, chaque fois que vous ressentez le besoin d'ajouter quelque chose dont vous voulez vous souvenir ou qui attire l'attention de la personne qui regarde le code de votre document, ajoutez un symbole % au début de la ligne.
Une autre chose à souligner est la hrule - règle horizontale -, la ligne qui traverse la page. \moveleft\hoffset\vbox{\hrule width\resume width height 1pt}\smallskip % Ligne horizontale après le nom ; ajustez l'épaisseur de la ligne en modifiant le « 1pt ».
