Welcome to another issue of Full Circle. It's a full house again this month. There's Python, LibreOffice, and the second part of the GRUB boot menu and multibooting series. Inkscape and Blender are here and, as you can see from the cover, we've a special Heartbleed/TrueCrypt report from Kevin O'Brien (with addendum by Michael Kennedy). The TrueCrypt thing certainly seems to be quite controversial bordering on conspiratorial. My Arduino tinkering continues with the addition of a humidity sensor to the LCD screen. It's the easiest thermometer ever! I've also written a quick Linux Labs piece (Charles is off on holiday). It's actually from several months ago and after the crash of which we shall not speak. I did it for morbid curiosity more than anything else, but it was interesting to see what files I could recover after a double repartitioning and double Mint reinstall. Unfortunately, this month we must bid farewell to David Rhys (Ubuntu Games) and Copil (Ask The New Guy) who are moving on to pastures new. I wish them all the best. It's been a pleasure working with them. If you can write something each month for FCM feel free to drop me an email with a few lines explaining what you'd like to write about. Think ahead though, and think of maybe ten, or twelve, subjects. That way you won't write two articles then run out of material. All the best, and keep in touch!

Nous sommes encore pleins aux as ce mois-ci. Il y a Python, LibreOffice et la deuxième partie de la série sur le menu boot de GRUB et le multibooting. Inkscape et Blender sont là et, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la couverture, nous avons un rapport spécial sur Heartbleed/TrueCrypt écrit par Kevin O'Brien (avec un addendum de Michael Kennedy). L'affaire TrueCrypt a vraiment l'air d'être très controversée, voire collusoire. Je continue de bricoler avec Arduino : cette fois-ci, j'ai ajouté un capteur d'humidité à l'écran LCD. C'est le thermomètre le plus facile jamais vu ! J'ai aussi écrit un bref article pour la rubrique Labo Linux (Charles est en vacances). Ça vient en fait d'il y a plusieurs mois, après la panne dont ne nous parlerons pas. Je l'ai fait par curiosité malsaine plus que pour d'autres raisons, mais c'était intéressant de voir les fichiers que j'ai pu récupérer après un double re-partitionnement et une double ré-installation de Mint.
Malheureusement, ce mois-ci, nous devons dire adieu à David Rhys (Jeux Ubuntu) et Copil (Demandez au Petit Nouveau) qui changent d'herbage. Je leur adresse mes meilleurs vœux ; travailler avec eux était un plaisir. Si vous avez la possibilité d'écrire quelque chose pour le FCM chaque mois, n'hésitez pas à m'envoyer un courriel de quelques lignes me proposant votre sujet. Cependant, réfléchissez à l'avenir et trouvez peut-être dix, ou douze, sujets. Comme ça, vous n'écrirez pas deux articles et ensuite n'aurez plus rien à dire.
