 For the Volla Phone X we are switching to a Halium 10 system image. This enables the fingerprint reader and fixes a few other problems. Volla Phone X is younger than Volla Phone and therefore was recommended to run with a later Android base. We originally released it with Halium 9, and now the in-place upgrade keeps us very excited: The updater has to flash a few critical system partitions. While it was tested extensively random errors could happen, resulting in a soft-bricked device. In such a case please contact HalloWeltSysteme via their support.

+Cette version d’Ubuntu Touch est toujours basée sur Ubuntu 16.04.
+Pour le Volla Phone X, nous basculons vers une image système Halium 10. Cela active le lecteur d’empreinte digitale et corrige quelques autres problèmes. Le Volla Phone X est plus récent que le Volla Phone et devait donc exécuter une base Android plus récente. À l’origine, nous l’avons sorti avec Halium 9 et maintenant la mise à niveau in-situ nous rend très excités : le logiciel de mise à jour doit flasher quelques partitions système critiques. Malgré des tests exhaustifs, des erreurs aléatoires pourraient survenir, ce qui aurait comme résultat un dispositif qui ne fonctionne plus. Dans un tel cas, veuillez contacter HalloWeltSysteme via leur support.

+Pour certains dispositifs avec radio FM, mardytardi essaie de mettre un démon radio FM en plus de l'Appli dans le magasin pour permettre une vraie écoute analogique de la radio. Il est vrai que ce n’est pas encore terminé, mais le démon a déjà sa place dans l’image et le reste viendra avec le(s) prochaine(s) OTA. Souhaitons lui bonne chance !

+Certains dispositifs assez vieux (portages Legacy ou Halium 5.1) avec des images 32-bit (armhf) semblent avoir beaucoup de mal avec WebRTC et/ou WebGL. WebGL est désactivé (mis sur la liste noire) pour :

+Ceux-là étaient mis sur la liste noire puisqu’ils font planter le navigateur Morph.

+Pixel 2 et 2XL : alors que ces dispositifs s’améliorent actuellement, la consommation de la batterie est vraiment haute. Cela est dû au manque de repos quand le WiFi est activé et que le dispositif est connecté à un point d’accès. Ce n’est pas optimal, mais si vous n’utilisez pas trop le WiFi la consommation peut-être gérée.
