This is my desktop. I like it clean and simple. I am running Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, with Docky (bottom & left-hand side docks, auto-hide), and panel on top (auto-hide). Wallpaper is ubuntu-black - can't remember where it came from. Screenlets are circle clock, and three ring sensors showing hard drive space. I've been using Ubuntu since '05, loving the progress. J'utilise Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, avec Docky (en bas et à gauche, avec masquage automatique) et un panneau en haut (masquage automatique). Le fond d'écran est ubuntu-black - je ne me souviens pas d'où il vient. Et des screenlets : une horloge ronde et trois senseurs en anneau indiquant l'espace disque.
J'utilise Ubuntu depuis 2005, et j'adore ses progrès.

My desktop runs Ubuntu 10.04, with Plusone wallpaper from deviantART, and Awoken light theme from gnome-looks. I have removed the bottom panel and replaced it with AWN dock. I've been using Ubuntu since Gutsy, and I use my computer mainly for web and software development as a freelancer. Mon bureau fonctionne sous Ubuntu 10.04, avec Plusone de deviantART comme fond d'écran et le thème Awoken light de gnome-looks. J'ai enlevé le panneau du bas et l'ai remplacé par le dock AWN. J'utilise Ubuntu depuis Gutsy et j'utilise mon ordinateur principalement pour le développement web et des logiciels en « freelance ».

The wallpaper, a picture I took of a leaf bug. The theme is called Bamboo-zen created by Zgegball. I also use Zgegball's icons - it’s called ubuntu-sunrise. There are 5 screenlets, Calender with no back, A clock, a bulls eye, which I just have because I think it looks nice. The word of the day to stay up on my vocab, CPU usage, and, last but not least, the Cairo-Dock. The green gives me an earthly feel. Le fond d'écran, une photo que j'ai prise d'un insecte sur une feuille. Le thème s'appelle Bamboo-zen créé par Zgegball. J'utilise également des icônes de Zgegball - appelés ubuntu-sunrise. Il y a 5 screenlets, un calendrier sans fond, une horloge, une cible que je trouve simplement très joli. Le mot de la journée pour être à jour côté vocabulaire, l'utilisation CPU et, pour terminer, Cairo-Dock.
Le vert me donne une sensation terrestre.
